The Rise Noosa Resort

We stayed in a 3 bed, 2 bath penthouse (Room 7). The things we loved: -Large rooms -Large and well equipped kitchen with big -double door fridge -Floor to ceiling windows -Comfortable beds with nice sheets -Fans in all the rooms -Effective ducted air conditioning -Good block out curtains and blinds -Great shower pressure -Lots of bathroom and closet storage -Staff are extremely helpful and responsive. Right after check in they ask if you’re having any issues and they respond quickly. -Ample parking for guests and visitors -Pool area isn’t too busy -Situated between Hastings St and the Junction Things to consider: -It’s a 7 min walk to Hastings St. The way down is fine, but the way back up hill might be difficult with older people or young kids, especially if you’re doing it several times a day. -Noosa Drive is busy with lots of noise from buses/cars/motorcyles. -There are a range of different room types at this resort with varying degrees of finishings. Positioning of some apartments is better than others. Do your research when booking.

This is our second stay at the Rise Noosa Resort. What can I say? Stunning views, stunning apartment, lovely pool area and helpful and knowledgeable staff! We love the fact we are a little away from the busy area but a very easy walk up and down the hill. We always feel a little fitter when our week is up and not at all guilty partaking in the gorgeous restaurants! I cannot wait to come back a third time. We just love it! Very nice rooms, well appointed, comfortable beds, full kitchen with everything you need for an extended stay. The views are spectacular. Huge TV in the lounge but none at all in two of the three bedrooms. The courtyard for the master bedroom has no furniture either. Be warned, you will be walking up and down a lot of stairs, no matter what room you're in. Unfortunately the aircon in one of our rooms was not working well and was quite noisy, but otherwise the property was quite comfortable. The carparks are extremely narrow, if you have a large vehicle you may have issues with access. Reception closes at 4pm which is a little early to rate as great service. The Reef Hotel is right next door and they do good food. There are shops close by at Noosa Junction, but everything is downhill from here, so eventually you're going to be walking up a hill (not great if you're getting on). Luckily buses run past fairly frequently.
